I was raised to always see the brighter side of any situation and I aim to help others see it too.  Something as simple as someone saying “I can’t do it”,  my response would be “yes you, can with practice”.  We have to stop our negative thinking patterns, if you want it, go get it!!  If somethings not working, lets change it and then go get it!  Keep trying, keep going, you will succeed!   We tend to enable our self more than anyone, when really we should be our own biggest cheerleader.   When you have a negative thought reword it into a positive thought,  you will notice a better energy and good things will happen!
